He manages client relations and service for the Insurance Division, focusing on Risk Management, Safety, and Employee Benefits. Prior to this role, Adam served as Director of Operations for Staffing at its sister company, Personnel Resources for eight years. A deductible is an amount that you're responsible for in the event of a loss. This is the amount you pay out-of-pocket, and insurance covers the remainder. ### How can I make sure that I have coverage for my valuables?
